I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the riverside, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel itself is very clean, with spotless white bed covers and towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth experience throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The only minor issue for me was that the mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for whom appreciate cleanliness, good service, and a convenient location.

This hotel is our go-to whenever we visit the city, and it never disappoints! Perfectly situated just a 10-15 minute walk from Crown Casino and directly opposite DFO, it’s ideal for both leisure and shopping. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, comfortable, and inviting. The service truly stands out, always going above and beyond our expectations. With plenty of parking, a fantastic on-site restaurant, and a lively bar, it has everything you need. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast—it’s a highlight! We’ll definitely be back. 4.5/5 stars.

We stayed for 4 nights during the Easter break and it was an unforgettable stay, the check in was swift and she was really polite and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, the view is sensational we wake up to see the beautiful Yarra River everyday and we also spot the hot air balloon every morning! What a stunning view! They also had a gym , good for quick workout. Maybe if they can have an indoor pool would be a plus! Overall, it was a perfect stay for our family as we could walk to DFO and Crown casino. Special mention to Sara for a friendly greeting and warm welcome!

Loved my stay. The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff are awesome and helpful. It’s conveniently located which was a massive benefit, it meant an easy walk next door to the event I was attending. I would’ve given it 10/10 but I’m not used to the sound of constant traffic.
