Great hotel with exceptional cleanliness and service. Location near Cafes as well as trams, buses and trains as well as main arterials means you can get around easily. Rooms have plenty of space, comfortable beds, pillows and PowerPoints with USBs (a must l think).

I have read some scathing reviews about Novotel Preston, I've also been very critical of places in the past. However, this time is not one of the latter. The hospitality industry is a dying industry of "hospitality" because of entitlement, whilst the cost of living is going up, Wages are not, working in the customer service industry is hard enough but when you just flat out complain without trying to get a resolution first, that's entitlement. I had quite a few teething issues at first, but I calmly, politely and respectfully brought those up to the manager named David and he went above and beyond and rectified those himself without even making excuses, he is a dying breed, a manager who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. That was on day one.......every day since, there have been no Issues, apart from local zombies, but every staff member I have interacted with have been fantastic, from the lovely cleaning staff, the reception staff, security staff, and the room service staff. They have all been absolutely wonderful, sure the Novotel Preston isn't the Luxe on Rodeo drive but it's still quite a nice place to stay, not because it's lined with gold, but because of the staff, it just proves my initial statement that if you address issues respectfully then there won't be any further issues. To all the staff I have interacted with (most of you, I know by name as do you mine) Thank You. Thank you for making my stay so far very enjoyable and pleasant. You are all wonderful people who deserve the utmost respect and courtesy.

Reflecting back over the few months while staying at Novotel Preston, I can honestly say that the team here, is in fact a team of highly motivated professionals with a keen intelligence, working in a dynamic environment. Everything that Novotel had to offer, did by far exceed my expectations! Housekeeping was amazing, fast, and very efficient! I must highlight the fact that I was more than impressed with the level of respect housekeeping had towards some of my items. To actually engage and observe how i like to place things, and to actually place particular items in my spot, in my style... wow! This is a display of a higher level of respect and empathy to be cherished. The team at the Stampton were also amazing, and highly motivated! A very welcoming projection all round. A big shout out to Hari, who i did, in fact, have many interactions with. Hari is a professional, and professionals have standards. Keep up the amazing work! I'd like to wish the entire team good health, peace & prosperity. Thank you for excellent service. This leaves me with no complaints, and will always recommend Novotel Preston to family and friends!

Staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating - thank you all Nice facilities, and the gym was really well equipped Really nice on site cafe (not open weekends) and restaurant is very nice too. About $35 Uber to city or airport Walking distance to Bell St Train station A very nice and comfortable stay
