Although the hotel isn’t brand new, the room was spotless and very well maintained. The bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I’ve experienced across many Asian countries. We also rented a conference room, and the setup was exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us — even with requests beyond a typical hotel stay. We truly appreciated their support and warm service. If I visit Jakarta again, this will definitely be my first choice.

A Fantastic Family Getaway at Novotel Cikini Jakarta! We recently stayed at Novotel Cikini Jakarta, and I can confidently say it was one of the best family vacations we've had! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with spacious family rooms that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The highlight for our kids was the Kids’ Club, where they enjoyed a variety of fun activities, from arts and crafts to games. It gave us some much-needed downtime to relax by the pool while knowing our children were having a blast! Speaking of the pool, it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the city. The hotel also offers a great selection of dining options. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of meals available, catering to both adults and kids. The breakfast buffet was a hit, with plenty of delicious choices to fuel our adventures. The location is also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and parks, making it convenient to explore Jakarta with the family. Overall, our experience at Novotel Cikini was fantastic! If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel with lots of fun activities and great meals, I highly recommend this place. We can't wait to return!

Bhaim, his colleagues whose name starts with a T, and the lady working the poolside drinks station on Wednesday evenings were very professional and helpful, and Ryan was excellent! He deserves a raise! The location was okay, but the rooms themselves were great for people who bring their laptops or tablets. Their pool was fine, but don't dive into it. Good place to stay, and there are nice eating options within walking distance.
