We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was ideal for our needs, and the room was clean and quiet – exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was the great service and helpfulness of the staff. A big thank you to Paul Chan, who supported us with everything related to transport and luggage. Whether it was arranging transfers, helping on short notice, or taking care of small organizational things – Paul was always there, friendly and committed. He really made our stay easier, and we felt well looked after. Thank you, Paul – your support was truly invaluable!

We loved our stay in this hotel. It has all the facilities you need/want. Good location, food, gym, bathroom,... Especially Paul Chan made our stay extra nice. He knows his job and what he is doing. Keep up the great work!!

Novotel Century is a great place to be exploring Hong Kong. It is in prime location with nearby shops and stations to get into. The dinner buffet was awesome for value and the options were great! Moreover, the staffs Mr. Paul at the front desk and Mr. Stanley at the restaurant was very helpful and considerate with our travel as we have a child with us. Very high standards with the rooms and clean bathrooms. Will definitely go back because of the service provided to us!

Stayed here one night in transit to the mainland. The location was excellent—within walking distance to most major sights. The room was small and had a musty smell from the old carpet, and the bathroom was tiny, which I suppose is typical for Hong Kong. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent selection, but nothing memorable. Overall, the stay was fine, though I was glad it was just for one night

Located less than 10 mins walk to Wan Chai MRT. Many nice restaurants and cafe located nearby the hotel too. Otherwise, can always walk or take MRT to Causeway bay which is just one station away. The room size is good for single or couple. Still got space to open your luggage. Toilet and bathroom is decent size to me. Strong water pressure and stable hot/cold water. I appreciate the air humidifier in the room that help to clean the air and provide some cold air when I swift off the aircon. Beside the staff who helped me with check in middle of the night who smile at me, don't expect the other staff to greet or smile at you.
