Only stayed whilst waiting for our next day flight but was a great hotel. Staff were great, hotel is very modern and clean without much noise from the airport. Gym is pretty good albeit a little small but had no issues with waiting for equipment, equipment is modern and is very clean in there with towels provided. Couldn't fault the place really! Love that the hotel is pretty much 100 metres from the doors to the terminal, definitely would recommend. Stayed here on two occasions over the duration of our holiday and both times were great! Rooms are really clean and showers are pretty good too which is a major point for me. Didn't try the restaurants so can't comment on that but judging by how good the hotel is I would imagine the food would be good too.

My flight was rescheduled, and I arrived at Christchurch Airport after midnight. Booking the Novotel was a great decision - just a short walk from the terminal, which made the late check-in effortless. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed after a long journey. While the decor was fairly standard, it served its purpose well. Staff were efficient and welcoming, even at that late hour. Overall, a solid choice for travelers needing quick airport access, especially for early departures or late arrivals like mine. Would stay again for the convenience alone!

We loved arriving at Christchurch airport and strolling over to this perfectly located hotel since it was midnight when we arrived! We found the room very comfortable, and the staff were totally supportive to get us checked in quickly. I couldn't recommend higher to use this as a launching pad for NZ adventures.

Novotel Christchurch looks great with plenty of good offer. Just next to the airport, suitable for those whom arrive late or leaving early and need a room before starting their journey or going back. Rooms are clean, tidy and neat. There is a restaurant called as Food Exchange upstairs with airport view.

Great to chill before a early morning flight. Easy walking distance to the departure gates Staff Ok blah, not super friendly or happy. Rooms are clean, good view of runways. comfortable beds. Good minibar if you really need
