Excellent stay at Nohga Akihabara. We found the location great, close to two subway stations. The staff in the hotel are extremely competent and warm and made our stay very smooth. Breakfast was good though I do wish they would start a bit earlier. The room was comfortable, clean and stocked with all amenities (no shower cap!). Would highly recommend. Edited to add- yes we did use the pizzeria and had a wonderful meal. Ayumu looked after us very well, especially with my vegetarian choices.
This was an amazing hotel to stay at for our first trip to Tokyo! The hotel is conveniently located by a metro station and several great restaurants. Walking into the hotel transports you to a warm yet vibrant environment where you’re greeted by the incredible restaurants staff at Pizzeria & Bar Nohga. Asuka took care of our checkin and made us feel right at home. The staff is friendly and speaks english very well. Our room faced east on the 4th floor and was comfortable and well thought out, despite the small size. Noise levels were exceptionally low at all times of the day. If you stay here you have to try the restaurant, breakfast is around $35 and well worth it! The pizza and pasta are phenomenal choices for lunch and dinner. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked quite small. There was a treadmill, dumbbells, a bike, and a bench. One extra plus to this hotel is they offer a luggage transportation service and only charged $15/bag to send two large suitcases to Kyoto. Overall, I highly recommend this stay!
A corner of refined relaxation in the heart of the Akihabara district. The hotel in step with a contemporary hospitality style is located a three-minute walk from the train station. The very professional staff has an excellent level of English (not a given in Japan) the rooms are designed to optimize space to the maximum. They are very clean and quiet. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant (under different management but also of excellent quality) that combines Japanese, French and Italian cuisine. The manager of the structure is very present and helpful as is all the staff.
This hotel offers a unique blend of modern design and cultural immersion. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, featuring high-quality speakers and a curated selection of local art, creating a relaxing and inspiring environment. The on-site restaurant serves a fusion of Spanish and Italian cuisine, using seasonal Japanese ingredients. The open kitchen and casual bar area provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. Located just a short walk from Akihabara Station, the hotel provides easy access to the vibrant neighborhood known for its electronics shops, anime culture, and unique cafes. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful ambiance, offering a retreat from the bustling city. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with their hospitality. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides a comfortable and culturally rich stay in Tokyo.
Didn't stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. It was one of the best meals I have had in Japan. I am of Italian descent and I can honestly say the pizza and pasta was just as good as a top Michelin restaurant in Italy. I take my food seriously and this is 5 star plus. Reasonably priced for the quality you get. Highly recommended.
