We were stranded in Seoul for 48 hours due to Crowdstrike IT outage, so we stayed at Nine Tree Dongdaemum for 2 nights with 2 kids. We needed to get 2 rooms because of last minute reservations, and they gave us 2 adjacent rooms which was nice. The hotel is in very convenient location. Airport Limo stop is right outside of the hotel. The room is small but clean, A/C works great, comfy beds, awesome shower and toilet, free filtered water. They have free self service locker to store your luggage for 12 hours so it's a great amenity. They also have cheap self service laundry but we didn't use (4000 won for each wash and dry). Very convenient and good value place for a short stay. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, an excellent location, equipped with clean and modern rooms. The only downside was the cramped room design, which left no space to fully open our suitcase. Hotel lobby is located on L3, and there’s a WOWPASS machine on L1, with multiple convenience stores, the subway, and airport bus within 1 minute walking distance. Overall a great stay at a reasonable price, highly recommended!

Booked it last minute for 4 nights around the new year time. Overall great stay; rooms are clean the staff is nice and the location is in a very good part of the town with easy public access.

Excellent business hotel. Room is a little bit small but enough to fit 2 large suitcases with a space to walk. Staff is excellent. Polite room service and I have to mention Nancy at the front desk. She is very patient and very helpful. I had some problems translating a website and she took the time to assist me. Excellent service and we will come back again. + Very friendly and helpful staff + Clean sheets and bathroom + Free locker to keep luggage + Airport bus station is just outside the hotel + Coin laundry and dryer Note: hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush and razor. Free filtered water on each floor and they can produce hot water too. ???

Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. My room had an issue with a bug and when I called reception, Jaeyoung came to check the situation promptly and offered a room change without us asking. I also had a pleasant experience checking out with Amy. There are many food options in the area and transport is not an issue. There are also two big outlets to shop from just 10 minutes down the road and there are many convenience stores dotted around the area too. Would recommend
