Room is so good in terms of space.. only the wooden floor is a bit too old with noise (walking on it). Service is very good and prompt . Very quiet area, sometimes it's too quiet at night time especially walking on the streets. Convenience in terms of transportation.

I don't know why someone gave one star to this hotel. The hotel is at good location,close to MTR subway and shopping mall. When I asked how to go to Grantham hospital, the people at the service desk helped me with a map and highlighted the location for me. Especially thanks to Helen who cleaned up the mess I left in the room and replaced every bath towels.

The location is quite strategic close to public transportation such as mtr or bus. Suitable for vacation in the south which is close to several tourist attractions. But the area around the hotel will be quieter when it gets late at night. The building is also good and the interior is not bad. But it's a pity that they can't fulfill my request for a large bed and they claim that the room I want is full, even though I have sent a message to my hotel order and filled in the request for the room type. It is better for you to contact the hotel if you want a suitable room. Other facilities are also well maintained (fitness room & outdoor pool. The bed in the room is not so soft, it's a pity. Even though the interior, view and bathroom are already nice and clean. I remember a female housekeeper who was quite old but very friendly and gave her best in her job.
