Apartment was large, beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast boxes were super convenient. 10 % discount in bistro & food was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free drink for all 5 of us (beer, wine or soft drink) . Bottled water in the fridge. Great location being just around the corner from the train station. Very happy with our stay.

thankyou for staying open for us we came from very far away and didn’t know the area and were hungry. You fed 11 of us and we really appreciate the effort after you finished for the lunch service. Thank you food was yummy too.

Nabii’s warm and welcoming service really made this meal special. She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Chef Kapil’s culinary skills are top-notch—each bite was better than the last. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing food and service

I had a great stay at Nightcap at St Albans Hotel. The staff were all amazing—very warm, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. I’d especially like to mention Sanskriti, the housekeeping lady. She did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience!
