We just had a small problem when we arrived. We had booked the "twin room" on Agoda, but we noticed that the air conditioning remote control was not in the room. The personnel wanted to charge us an extra $8 per night just for the air conditioning because they told us « it’s not included in the twin room ». While on Agoda it is clearly marked that air conditioning is included in "comfort equipment". We stayed 45 minutes at the reception, we contacted Agoda customer service who confirmed that it was included in the price. So we didn't pay anything extra but it would be nice if the hotel changed that with Agoda !! Despite this problem on arrival everything was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was nice ☺️

Was very pleasantly surprised by Nice Guest House considering how affordable it is. The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the hotel staff are super sweet. Great location!
