Room was okay, the beds are hard as a rock if you like that enjoy! If not good luck. Rooms were nice had an issue with ants the first night but after that perfect. The service at breakfast was incredible staff goes out of their way for their guests. Location was a little far away from normal tourist area which is nice depending on what you’re trying to do. I was here for EDC and the staff was accommodating and worked with the large masses of people and handed themselves well

The most amazing place to stay at, family friendly and accommodating for everyone. The photos online don’t do justice it is just perfect. Top the manager is very kind and helps with everything. The staff are all amazing and are very hard workers. 10/10 recommend

Had a great couple of nights stay here. Staff were friendly, though there’s not a lot going on. Quiet area, but there’s a supermarket nearby. The pool etc is all fine, and food in the restaurant was tasty. TAKE NOTE: there are two buildings/wings to this resort. One is apparently quite far away, no pool etc. they’d put us there but then luckily the manager saw we had little kids and offered a super cheap upgrade that moved us into the main wing. They also price matched what I saw on booking.com They do have family rooms with separate bedroom for kids - but it was cheaper to book two rooms than the family room. Bit funny. One down side is the gym is pretty rubbish. So if that’s important to you, take note. Taxis/grab also seem to not go to the lobby, they always want to stop vaguely outside. We stayed in this area for an event, otherwise boat lagoon wouldn’t be my recommended area to stay for stuff to do. But it is quite unique.
