This hotel is absolutely exceptional—I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and funny. I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality before. The rooms were spotless, and with frequent cleaning, I truly felt at home. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was amazing, the pool was fantastic, and the location was perfect. I don’t usually return to the same hotels, but if I ever come back to Kuta, this one is a must! I highly recommend it! The staff will truly be missed because every little detail here was simply perfect. The only small downside might be the noise—since the hotel is right next to a mosque, light sleepers might find it a bit disruptive. But for us, it wasn’t a problem at all. Thank you, NAIA! ❤️ Thanks to you, our stay was truly unforgettable. ✨

We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at NAIA Lombok this month. NAIA is a quaint boutique hotel close to all the amenities. The restaurants surround you and we didn’t have one bad meal. Staying at NAIA was refreshing, the owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a chat, the staff are happy to engage and to assist with your questions. The bed is comfy and the room is inviting. The pool is cute and fun. The vibe is unique and relaxing. Will we be back? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks to everyone at NAIA for making our holiday one to remember.

Naia Lombok is a lovely place to stay. It is in the centre of Kuta, with its energetic sphere, and nice shops and all kind of restaurants nearby. Yet the location itself is created as a truly peaceful base, and your room is quiet and soothing. The staff is marvelous. They help you with any question and have an open eye for your yet unknown needs. As a single woman I feit safe and supported. Whenever at Lombok, Naia will be my home.

I had the most wonderful stay at Naia! It’s one of my favorite hotel stays I’ve ever had- it made my experience in Lombok so special. The staff is so kind and welcoming, I felt so at home and cared for. The property and rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. There are multiple spaces to lounge, either by yourself or to connect with the other guests. The location couldn’t have been better in downtown Kuta- close to so many restaurants, shops, yoga/fitness centers. The hotel was really helpful with local recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and can help you get set up on tours. They even helped me rent a motorbike and gave me a lesson as it was my first time! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and felt so sad to leave. I can’t recommend Naia enough!

Perfect! The staff is so sweet and super friendly. They make your stay really special. The rooms are clean. Nice breakfast options (finally some overnight oats). I went solo, but I met a lot of nice people at the hotel. Because it’s so small it feels like a little community. I would definitely recommend!
