We got the smallest room which was really very small - struggled to find space for our two small suitcases. Location was very convenient given the location near bell tower and subway stop but no drive up to the hotel. Nearby clocks and performances start waking you up at 6am and run on the hour until 10pm so bring earplugs! Breakfast was good considering size of hotel with freshly cooked noodles available. Free laundry facilities on 1st floor which were great!

Fantastic experience: Comfortable firm bed, several pillow options. Staff is very helpful especially Daisy. Thank you for receiving my Taobao parcels. Room is spacious for us to pack our stuff. Location is near to metro and day tours stopped near the bell tower so we can walk back. Near to a lot of food options.

Perfect location in the heart of downtown. Very convenient. Rooms are cute and relatively better size compared to Moxy chain in other locations. 2 key negatives: receptionists do not speak a word of English, and horrible wifi- hardly any internet during the full stay.

Cosy room in the city centre and walking distance to the Bell Tower and Zhonglou train station. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. They also have a pool table, lounge, and karaoke booth near the reception. Importantly, there’s a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer which was very convenient (they even provide free laundry detergent), though there may be a queue in the evenings. Overall a great stay.

I had a great experience with the receptionists. They were very helpful with our airport transfer when we were leaving. The most amazing thing was that they paid for us first, and we transferred the money to them later via Alipay based on trust. I loved the complimentary laundry service provided by the hotel. It was very useful to us, and we had clean and fresh clothes to wear. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the receptionists who helped me with my package delivery. Even after I left the hotel, they continued to assist me with returning the package. I guess I won’t find this kind of service anywhere else!
