The hotel is very beautiful and supremely elegant. I'm staying in the Grand Royal Suite; the room is huge, comfortable, luxurious, and modern. It's located on the 19th floor. Thank you for the warm hospitality; all the staff were friendly and attentive. I'd be back again for sure.

The food was superb! I stayed for 3 nights for a company meetings and I didn't expect hotel food can be consistently good from day to day. The room was cozy, the staffs are helpful and nice. At the check out, I was helped by Ibu Bella (receptionist), who was polite and helpful. Ignore whatever tall tales you heard about this place, because I had restful sleep every night, very tasty breakfast every morning, no complaint whatsoever. Plus, the lobby interior design is definitely Instagram-worthy!

Fantastic!! Amazing service and super kind & generous people at Morazen hotel and Palatier Restaurant (Pak Dimas, Ibu Lisa, Ibu Ufa, Indah, Ibu Dewi and team). Great spacious room (provided with King koil beds and bolsters too/I love bolster). located strategically few meters away plaza, convenient stores, with indoor onsen, swimming pool and sauna. From superior, deluxe to executive room, all are at 5 stars rate with affordable prices. Grab taxi are plenty too. Food in restaurants are affordable and delicious. I will surely come back and highly recommend other to stay.

The main idea of having high quality service of hospitality from Morazen Hotel’s team is a great investment to attach new customer like me since my first step while entering the lobby area till get the room. Have a good time here with the rooftop bar, the side pool resto, the gym (Ka Kamal was really friendly in assisting guest to use the gym) and all the facilities.
