Room: The room is tidy and clean, overall it is satisfactory. However, the air conditioner is not cool enough, making the room feel stuffy at night. Need to lower down the temperature until 24 degree Celsius then the room is cooler and comfortable. Service: The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to assist. However, the breakfast options could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Location: The hotel is located slightly farther from Lee Garden Night Market, taking about 7 minutes to drive there. It is highly recommended for travelers with their own transportation, as having a car makes it convenient to explore the area. The hotel provides both open-air and indoor parking spaces, ensuring hassle-free parking for guests.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! 5/5 Stars We recently stayed at Monkham Village Hotel in Hatyai and were truly blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable — with a touch of luxury that made our stay feel extra special. The hotel’s atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of local options, I really enjoyed the Chicken Bitter Ground Soup, its really taste delicious. Aroi chang... If you're planning a trip to Hatyai, we highly recommend Monkham Village Hotel. It’s a hidden gem that made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

Rooms are clean and huge,the interior design is luxury. Have private pool ,the jacuzzi tub is a plus point for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel, good for those who want spot to relax and recharge! Will definitely come back!

Dear Monkham Hotel, We enjoyed our 3 Nights. One of the reason was. We had a very nice, quiet,very clean Room. Thank you so much to the Room Maids! Another reason, when we checked in. The Receptionist, was very, very friendly and she do a quick check in for us. And reason number three, our Breakfast, was every day very delicious with a lot of choice! And same for our Dinner! Big thank you to the Chef's!!! One negative things was, you offer a Microwave. But there is no Plate, ti heat up the Food. Also no Spoon, no Fork... How we can used the Microwave?

Quality is great with its price tag! Great location near the center and friendly staff. Room is spacious, modern and clean. Bathroom is also big, with bathtub, makeup station and wardrobe. Few areas of minor improvements can be making the bathtub water hotter, its not hot enough if you want an "onsen" experience. The two buildings of the hotel isn't connected so it's quite troublesome if your living in building 2, as you have to travel all the way down and up if you want to access the restaurant and pool. The rooms aren't exactly that soundproof, as we could still here kids playing loudly next room. Otherwise our experience is great and would recommend this as a cost-effective accommodation.
