Probably the best place I've stayed at for space and comfort, also has laundry no coins needed ?. Room was nice up to date and washrooms was large enough to not feel cramped like most places. Centralized enough most places are walking distance or quick jump on the train. Would book again if in kyoto!

Location is pretty central in Kyoto. So going to Inari or Arashiyama is going to be 40 mins to an hour. The walk to train stations range from 5 to 10 mins so it's pretty close by. Bus stop is right outside in the main road. It's right next to a small shrine and Nijo castle which is nice. You check in and check out on your phone there is a QR code in the front desk and in your room. Service when checking in was alright they did the bare minimum. Rooms were not cleaned everyday. The rooms are more on the spacious side. There is a free laundry room with 3 washer and dryer combination machines and free laundry detergent which was nice. It does take 2 to 3 hours to fully wash and dry. The showers are great, spacious and perfect water pressure. It was a full on wet room with a shower and bath tub. Overall enjoyed the experience. Beds are on the harder side but better than other hotels.

Worth every money we paid. Booked a room of 3 people. There were 2 beds with 1 sofa bed. Accommodations in the room was great. Dryer provided but toothbrush you have to pay 200 yen extra. Staffs were professional and friendly and nice. They can speak english very well. Located 5-10 minutes walking from subways. Also convenient store near by. Recommend to viait the crème brûlée donut shop near by it was super good.

Rooms were really spacious compared to other hotels. Bathrooms also was spacious. Beds are comfortable. The slippers that they offered were so comfortable. Staff were amazing. Will definitely book with this hotel again when I come back to kyoto!!!

We stayed 2 nights here and the room had all the basic amenities needed for two people. The location is great - easily accessible via subway, bus or train. Free washer/dryer in the building is a great plus! Would definitely recommend.
