We had a nice time here. The staff is super helpful and the rooms as comfy as you probably get in these kinds of places. There are even reading lights, which is rare! A/C worked, shower had hot water, bed sheets were relatively clean, beds firm and good to sleep in. You can faintly hear the prayer call, but it's not nearly as bad as in the homestays along the "main road" splitting the village, where the mosque is almost your neighbor. Our room was a bit on the expensive side compared to basic homestay prices (300k rupiah per night). The front yard is a bit of a mess and not very enjoyable because of the building boom going on in Kuta, but it's a short walk/drive to the beach and everything else is close, too. Would recommend!

Mimis homestay is amazing everyone is so nice great people mat is the best he helped me repair my motorbike, they wash the clothes and leave it smelling amazing and folded and so cheap ! The rooms are great free breakfast and everything is amazing I would stay here every time ! Love this place

We spent a week at Mimi’s and it was really good. The place is quiet and the restaurants/shops/beach are all at walking distance. We felt good and welcomed. I recommend if you love simplicity, thank you ! (ps: their banana pancakes are delicious!)
