The staff so helpful. They have lift and the staff help us to bring our luggage The room same like the picture, they even upgraded our room to family room for free. Room and bathroom so clean. Sadly i just spend 1 nights, because i will go to Sapa Highly recommended!!

You get what you pay for. The front desk was nice, Great location, walking distance to places. I was only there to sleep. The shower hot water doesn't work well, it just get super hot doesn't matter which way I turn the handle. That was not fun.

Very nice hotel with good price . The staff are helpful as well If you are in Hanoi and wanna stay around Old Quarter I recommend you this Hotel . Even we are checking out can still keep our things at hotel

Stayed here in order to rest up after falling sick in Ha Giang and the staff were so lovely, always checking up on us and making sure we had water. Location is in the Old Quarter so super accessible. Only complaint was the loud construction work that kept us up through the night. Overall great hotel and great value for money!
