Nice hotel, located in the city centre. Near Tunjungan Plaza and taman apsari. Lots of hang out places nearby. The room is nice, quite spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast is good, the menu is complete with fruits, bread and cereals aside from traditional Indonesian food. I don't see any pools tho and fitness centres.

I stayed at Midtown Hotel Surabaya for one night, and honestly, I don’t have much to complain about..it was a solid experience! The bed was clean, the bathroom was spotless (especially for a hotel at this level), and everything felt well-maintained. Breakfast was pretty decent too, with a good variety to kickstart the day. But what really stood out was the location. If you’re someone who loves exploring on foot, you’ll love it here..plenty of food options nearby and a mall within walking distance (for those who don’t mind putting in the steps). The only slight hiccup was the check-in time. I eventually got my room at 3 PM, which I assume was because the cleaning staff was running behind or maybe the hotel was just extra busy that day. But to be fair, the wait wasn’t a big deal considering how well everything turned out in the end. Overall, Midtown Hotel delivers a good balance of comfort and convenience. It’s the kind of place where you’ll think, “This works,” and move on with your day..whether that’s exploring Surabaya’s food scene or heading to the mall. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. ?

The location is great!! ???? The room service not bad I have a great time having 2 nights in here The surrounding view at the window hotel is fabulous!! I can see clearly at Surabaya panoramic view in here. The Basuki Rachmat street is always full traffic, that's I like! Makes a billion rupiahs view ?✌? But one thing I dont agree. The parking lot is too small I have my local friend and family's comes to hotel. They have hard time to find parking spot. But the security offers besides the hotel. In the toko oleh-oleh Surabaya ?

I have always stayed at Midtown Hotel Surabaya because of its strategic location and affordable price. The rooms are clean, the staff are helpful, and especially I LOVE the cakes at breakfast. The breakfast option is very complete for the price!

Nice hotel to stay during holiday at Surabaya. Located on the main road in the center of city, close to many facilities and destination. Nice room with some good facilities, just need little bit improvement on maintenance. But overall okay. Very helpful and patient service from the employees. Need more improvement at the restaurant due to few options of the menu (compared to the same levels hotel around)
