Very attentive staff. Called downstairs twice and was quickly rushed the items we had asked for. The room was clean and well appointed. Loved that the windows opened and 2 patio doors, without a patio; great airflow.

Really central accommodation. Nice 3 bedroom suite on 42nd floor with views. Upgraded, clean and overall nice for our family of 6. Full kitchen, big fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker - all that's needed for a comfy stay. Need smart elevators ! One improvement needed - do provide instructions on the clothes dryer to clean to lint filter so that clothes can dry faster. Better still - have housekeeping clean it after every guest checks out !

The location is great being close to bus/ train stations. There’s also groceries and restaurants/cafes nearby. Convenient to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were superb! Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Jasmeen.
