The only thing they need to improve is Communication. Otherwise, the hotel is of great value for money. Specially, breakfast is out of this world, fresh and tasty. Location is bit far from Haram, but its shuttle service covers up for that. There is no housekeeping staff available at night, so if your room is missed out during the day somehow, then you have to bear that and buy things like water for yourself.

We had a peaceful experience with Mercure Makkah. They are clean, cooperative, and peaceful. Staff is honest and did their job well. ? stars for Hassan! Shuttle service schedule needs to be revised and add more trips. It's 5-7min taxi drive from Harram.
