Last month we went to Melbourne for vacation with my family. We stayed here for 3 nights. This place was the perfect place to stay. Very nice place, quiet surrounding area, not far from public transportation. Very large room, very comfy bed, excellent facility with all you need I.e. oven, large refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. The staff was nice. The best part was large pool, warm jacuzzi pond. Highly recommended for couple or family.

The location is great, with parking available and plenty of nearby parking as well. The room is clean and comfortable, with a large balcony. The front desk staff are friendly and polite. I had a very pleasant day—it’s peaceful despite being in a busy area, and also very quiet. There’s also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

My stay at the Melbourne City Hotel was a great experience and without a doubt a hotel that deserves a positive 5 star review! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and I was able to get a good night's rest after a long day. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with steady hot water and ideal water pressure. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, within walking distance to the main attractions, shopping centers and restaurants in cbd, making it very easy to get around. I would especially like to commend the front desk and room service team, they always have a smile on their face, patiently answer all kinds of questions and make you feel at home. I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit to Melbourne and will recommend it to friends and family!

I love this place! The prices are typically pretty great, and they always are willing to do something extra. My first stay Anna (who is absolutely lovely), upgraded my room. This stay they checked me in 5 hours early!!!! I will continue to stay here for work. Also, the rooms are high quality, clean and newly renovated!!! I forgot to mention they are value for money, as in the rooms has a full washer and dryer, sink/small kitchenette area.
