Nice view from sea. Can saw Singapore night view. Overall the room was ok. The room can fit into 5 person and have balcony, kitchen, living hall, toilet 3(1in master room, 1in shared room and another at living hall). Preferable to stay in a group. I am business trip and would like to enjoy bath tub...end up the outside room feel is scary if 1 person...haha..can u imagine☺️. Inside the building have visitors parking. And resident parking located at B1 and 2... usually B1 not able to full house. Food wise, no much choice by walk distance, outside the hotel have a restaurant (didn't went to feel is inside the jungle) and opposite the AEON permas jaya was having quite plenty of food, and night time have lok Lok and mamak, and burger too..morning hours no much shop is open expected KK, CU, 7-11 these kind of shop lot opposite the AEON ..for AEON open at 10am~~..

Visited for picking passengers but it's look grand and service staff is excellent both in communication and politeness.. Stragi ally located

Came to jb for some work. Booked this place for a 1 night stay and was pleasantly surprised with it. Huge property. 2 to 3 swimming pools. There were 3 rooms. So it was perfect for our group of 3 people. Clean and spacious. And pretty quiet and peaceful too. Great view of the sea and Singapore from the 11th floor. Wouldn't mind staying here the next round.
