Nice rooms with an excellent toilet, shower, and utilities. Good breakfast buffet. Internet could be better. Generous free bottled water in the room. Good gym. Very friendly and helpful service. Overall, a good value for your money hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean. It’s also easy for get around as Tuk Tuk riders can identify this hotel. The free breakfast is catered more towards Asians and Chinese which is perfect for me. Picky western tourists may want to take note about the Asian breakfast

Hotel is very clean. Room is spacious and clean. The staff are prompt & helpful. Reception Superior Ju Ju is very approachable and Service-oriented. She goes out of the way to talk to us and offered to attend to our needs, should we have any. Overall, a pleasant stay! Must mentioned the security guy at the main door. He's quick to help carry luggages into the lobby and ensures the safety of guests around the road in front of hotel. ??????

Conveniently located to local places of interests, eateries, markets. Walking distance to restaurants and markets. But roads no footpaths difficult to walk in safety along the roads, so tuk tuk is a saver. Cheap and efficient. Hotel rooms clean spacious quiet and amenities superb. Have many Mi products, look classy. Unfortunately, room safe and weighing scale out of service. Hotel reception staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Brought our food delivery to our rooms and book a grab for 5 to the airport effortlessly. Kudos to them. By end of this year hotel will be rebrand to Max instead of Marco polo

The hotel is very good place and convenient I love the breakfast totally amazing .
