Our stay at Mantra Twin Towns was exceptional! The accommodation offered a mix of comfortable studio rooms and 1-bedroom apartments, perfect for our team of 40+. We enjoyed a delicious full breakfast at Signatures each morning, and the friendly, helpful staff made our experience even better. The facilities were excellent and our team made full use of the gym, pool, spa, sauna, putt putt and tennis courts - apologies to the other guests for the noise they were making on the court first thing in the morning - they were having a fantastic time. Interaction from first contact to paying the final bill was very easy. Great team and venue in a fabulous location :)

The hotel might be a little old and Coolangatta is a quiet area. But we came for a family get together and this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The location so close to the beach, airport, and amenities was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were really nice.

You get what you pay for. It is an average hotel for the price. Clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Didn't need more really. We stayed four nights and crawled into bed around 1:30 - 2am on average each night (we like going out). To our dismay housekeeping is knocking on the door at 9am each day & woke us up. We had wanted to sleep in until 10am (we are on holidays). On our last night we didn't set alarm because we assumed housekeeping will be knocking at 9am again. Well they didn't. When we woke around 10am (check out time), we called reception to ask for 11am check out. Answer - no. I think unreasonable, all things considered.
