Great location. Room adequate for a three night stay. definitely not toddler friendly- but we managed. Need to arrange to have other beds taken out of room if you want cots in it (we did not know this). Buffet breakfast was fantastic. All staff were lovely.

Stayed with the family in a 2 bedroom apartment. Well equipped with stove and full size fridge. Good size rooms, one with a tv, plus sofa bed. The bathroom could use an update, but that would be the only fault. Service was very nice, and the breakfast was good too. It does get busy, so get in early. Convenient location, but the road out the front can get a bit busy. Look forward to coming back.

Mantra southbank is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk to the river and tram station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is indoor pool, but can get crowded during holidays (Easter for us) and the lifts took 15 minutes wait. But overall our stay was really pleasant, my family loved it.

Enjoyed our stay here in NYE. The reception staff were very helpful. The location was perfect just a short walk from the hustle of Melbourne and very close to the casino. They even provided us with some NYE treats. Would stay here again. We made use of the pool which was ok. A great stay.

We've stayed at Mantra Southbank a few times and always found it to be consistently good. We had paid more for another upmarket hotel chain recently and it wasn't as good as the Mantra Southbank, as it didn't have all the facilities that you get at the Mantra. We found we got more for our money at the Mantra Southbank plus the customer service was much better at Mantra Southbank. We'll stay at Mantra Southbank again.
