The hotel is situated right in front of Thamrin City as well as Grand Indonesia so you don't have to walk far to just go and walk around the area. The service of the hotel was enjoyable, the service was great overall no problems there. In regards to the room, the vent in the toilet was quite dirty with dirt coming down from the vent but not really a big deal for us at least. The bed was huge and quite comfortable with a nice view of Jakarta. The air-conditioning can be adjusted so that's a plus. There were sounds of doors knocking but hopefully it was nothing. Overall, a great hotel highly recommended for those who're looking for luxury, convenience and overall a great experience.

Staff were extremely friendly. Had an issue with the key card late at night but the staff were readily available to assist. Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet were great too with a variety of western and local delights. Thamrin mall and Grand Indonesia Mall is also a walking distance.

Loved the location and decoration of the hotel. Very modern minimalist. The staff were nice and welcoming. However, the breakfast could be improved- not much variety, late topup of food. Can see that need more staff to cater to the breakfast crowd.
