Mai House Saigon is a beautiful, elegant, 5 star hotel that was absolutely wonderful to stay at. I am sitting in the stunning foyer awaiting my taxi and my husband and I are sad to be leaving. The hotel has been a huge contribution to the amazing week we have had in this beautiful country, Vietnam. The first call-out is to the staff. They are so kind and treat everyone so well, with offers of assistance and happy greetings every time you bump into them. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with so many selections. The Premium Club was definitely worth the extra, our room was spacious and lovely. We enjoyed an evening sipping cocktails in the Sky Bar with the beautiful breeze listening to the DJ. And the spa is definitely worth a visit for being spoilt! Thankyou for such a memorable trip, we really do hope to be back!

My stay at the Mai House Saigon was a wonderful experience, having just arrived from overseas. From the check-in and welcome drink that I sipped in the stylish piano bar, to the attentiveness of especially the staff working in the breakfast restaurant, I always felt at home. The room itself was spacious and comfy with a huge bathtub and a great view. Breakfast offered many choices including local specialties. The coffee bar provided fantastic choices. I would love to come back!

Kudos to the Mr Quoc’s team serving dinner tonight ! The buffet spread was fantastic, the environment was exceptionally clean, and the service was attentive throughout. Despite walking in without a reservation, the staff kindly managed to arrange a table for us. Truly a great experience — thank you for the warm hospitality.

A Great Stay in Ho Chi Minh! Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is pretty convenient, just a short Grab ride or about a 1km walk to the main city area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lobby had a nice, welcoming vibe. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh. Shoutout to Phuong, the bartender at the Sky Bar. Super friendly guy who took the initiative to chat and make me feel welcome, we had a great conversation. It was a nice personal touch that made the stay even better. Drinks were solid too. Definitely a plus point for the hotel.
