Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious and clean though a bit run down. Towels were clean. Other than toothbrush and toothpaste, other toiletries were provided. Ample sheltered parking space. The staff was very helpful though she does not speak fluent English. Place is within driving distance from the town and in a nice quiet not so busy neighbourhood.

If it were possible to give half stars, I would probably give Mana Residence 4.5 stars. The room is quite good size for the cost. The Internet is top-notch. I tried playing a high bandwidth computer game while using a VPN and the Mana 5GHz wi-fi handled it with no problems. The bed is also more comfortable than my bed at home. The A/C works great (in January, at least) and the room has a small table as well as a vanity area where a person could set up a laptop for work or play. The room also had three sturdy cushion-less chairs for use with the table or vanity. There is a large balcony with two bars across one end where clothing can be hung to dry if you make use of the laundry machines downstairs. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet. On the negative side, we had some trouble with tiny ants in the bathroom and the entryway, though they never seemed to come into the rest of the room. It would have been nice to have a boiler for heating water as well. In terms of location, we did not have a car or motorbike, so almost anything we want to buy requires a 5-15 minute walk, though there is good food and other services available in almost all directions from here within 10-15 minute's walk.

was here on Songkran 2024, had little choice so the pros is located near Central, many eateries and the highway straight from Malaysian border. car park, big rooms, 1.5hp aircon, nice cold fridge. the rooms is in need of refurbishment, outdated, building light is gloomy and no walking distance convenient shop. service was good, the lady was attentive to our needs.

after this, this place will be my first choice accomondation in Hatyai because of its location, and the easy access to any attraction place, the lady at the reception is so helpful as she also can speak Malay fluently, the room is so big, have huge fridge, good water preassure at the toilet, tv with many local channel and wifi (not triy as i forgot to ask their wifi password) booked using agoda and pay cas athe the reception once arrive... so many parking lot spaces and securiyu guard. so convenience...
