Great Stay at Movenpick Surabaya. Very clean, comfortable, and luxurious rooms. Very good breakfasts. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff at the breakfast restaurant for providing personalized service for us because of our Platinum membership. Easy check in and check out process and great value for money. The only downsides of this hotel is I think the parking space is a bit cramped and the gym is quite limited for a 5-star hotel. We would love to come back to stay here again.

This is my second stay in this hotel after 9 months and this time round my room was upgraded to the highest level of executive suite. Specially thanks GM ibu Eksi & Dinda from the front office for the upgraded room and also the airport drop off transport arrangement. The spacious and luxurious rooms, friendly staffs and relaxing ambience made for an extremely delightful experience. As usual, I was also well taken care by the team at the restaurant during breakfast & afternoon tea time. Both Dimas help to arrange special food for my breakfast and the pastry chef Helman also specially arrange the snacks suite my diet preference for my afternoon tea. I always very impressed by all staffs at the restaurant for the services provided. For sure i will be back again to this hotel in the near future, and hope that my next stay will be the same seamless and memorable like this time.

Staying at Mövenpick Surabaya for my business trip was the best decision I made. Service was started a day before my arrival in Surabaya. I was reached out by Tiara and she prepared the essentials for my stay. Arrival and check in was smooth. Room was neatly prepared. Breakfast was outstanding and tasty, and big thanks to the room attendance/house keeping personnel (I only recall Glen if I'm not mistaken, but kudos for the others) who prepared a turn down service everyday during my stay. I only had this service in Mövenpick Surabaya and not in the other Accor properties. Thank you for all the welcomes and looking forward to be back to Surabaya and stay at Mövenpick.

The 5 stars hotel with delicious local food served

The hotel is delightful, definitely a nice place to stay! The service is splendid. However, I personally think the breakfast is not that good, though variety of menu.
