I had an amazing manicure and pedicure experience! Susi was absolutely fantastic—so skilled and professional. Every step of the process was done with care, and it felt very thorough. The color I chose looks stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Susi has a great attention to detail and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very new hotel, room is spacious and clean. All the staffs are extremely helpful. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Bến thành market. Will return if we have a chance to come back to Saigon.

We stayed here when visiting Saigon and this place is super clean and the staff was so friendly. They even accommodated me and my fiancé with early check-in. It is in a prime location, down the street from Ben Tanh market, delicious restaurants, and local bars. I would recommend to anyone staying in Saigon!

I had a 60-minute aroma spa treatment which was overall average. Unfortunately, a few key elements were missing—there was no welcome drink or foot wash provided, which I expected as part of the service. I also felt uncomfortable after the massage while changing, as the therapist stood very close by and didn’t offer privacy. Finally, I was asked to leave a minimum tip of 100,000 VND, which felt a bit pressured. I hope the spa can improve the customer experience and respect personal space and tipping discretion in the future.
