I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Hanoi Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

My experience is based off of my dormitory stay. This is not a standard hotel, so I cannot compare it as such. However it provides a budget friendly way to rest your head so funds can be allocated else where. This was my first hostel experience and it will not be my last. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and provide an easy way to book excursions. Pricing information is provided at checkin, and payment methods are secure.

I absolutely loved the hotel and our stay! We were on the 7th floor, and the view overlooking the Old Quarter was beautiful. Ha Chu and Alex were incredibly helpful and polite, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location is right in the center, which made it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay — highly recommend!

I love this hostel, Alex always makes me feel so welcome and he helps me so much with any plans I have - he organized everything for me and my sister's trip to Ha Giang, for a really good price too! This hotel is less than £5 per night, does laundry very quickly, and Alex will help you with any of your adventures! Thank you so much ?
