Rooms were well designed so despite a small room and small bathroom, kitchen and living area were huge. Bright, clean and airy. When arriving outside I wasn’t too confident in my choice, but it’s much nicer inside than out. Good location, but a little outside of the cbd, more west Melbourne but just a short walk to the trams on Spencer street.

Felt super ritzy. It was so nice walking into this luxe suite, only booked the night before so wasn't sure what to expect, we had spectacular views and it was easy to get into. Super happy with our stay.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Kristina and Pranjal. Kristina was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Pranjal was attentive and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their dedication and hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel because of amazing staff like them!

I visited Melbourne with my child for a one-week holiday, and Lumina Suites was the best choice I could’ve made. The location was safe, clean, and conveniently close to both the supermarket and the airport. Everything was just as expected — comfortable and well-prepared. But what impressed me most was the amazing service. From the warm welcome to thoughtful assistance (even with small things like outlets and remotes), the staff showed genuine care. Special thanks to Mr. Arham — your kindness made our stay truly enjoyable. Cooking my own meals here felt so cozy, and thanks to you and Lumina, Melbourne felt even more special. Highly recommended!
