We booked this hotel on short notice without expecting too much from it, as we just wanted something close to Disneyland. I have to say, it was a very nice surprise. The positives: - Location wise, it really depends why you're coming here and what you want to do. Are you just visiting Tokyo? Then this might not be the best place to stay at, since it's pretty out of the way. Getting to any tourist spot is probably going to take about an hour, while hopping from train to train. If that doesn't bother you, then it's fine. If you're only interested in getting to Disneyland? Then this is one of your best bets. You can easily get to Disney in 30 minutes by hopping on to a bus that's 5 minutes away from the hotel. The area itself is your standard Japanese residential area. Doesn't feel touristy at all and you have plenty of kombinis around. - The staff was very polite and spoke English. Check in was done fairly quickly and they were kind enough to store our bags for free upon checking out until later in the day. - We stayed for 2 nights in a Twin Room and we were super happy with what we got. The room was pretty spacious, as we had enough space to open both of our medium sized luggage bags at the same time. Everything is clean and the beds were decent (on the smaller side, but not too small to be a problem). - The free breakfast was a very nice addition. The food was good. There wasn't a lot of variety but honestly, at this price I'm surprised this was included. The negatives: Well.. I've got no negative things to say. For what we needed (a place to stay that's close to Disney and is decent), the price to value ratio was extremely good.

It was perfect. Everything was perfect. A 5 minute walk from Kasai Station. I didn’t have anything against it from my 4 night stay there. Loved it. Will definitely use it again as my stay next time I come to Japan

Love this place. Old brand hotel with new retouch. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Laundromats are available. Located on the main road, easy access. Clean, bright and room size is larger (than other Lumiere Hotels (nearby)).

We’re from California, so the rooms aren’t as big as back home. But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay with friendly and attentive staff, this hotel is perfect. It’s great for couples or small families, especially if you’re out sightseeing or visiting Disney (easy access to both parks by train or bus). The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away. Plus, free amenities like coffee, hot chocolate, bath salts, toothbrushes, and free wifi. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The Hotel Room was pristine when we arrived. Extremely good manner of staff. Suitable for guest who drive a car to make a night in Tokyo , Private Parking in Hotel & Public Parking beside available (just 1,500-1,800 yen / 12 hour). Easy Breakfast was so delicious. Free Coffee , Tea , Cacao at 1st floor.May be a bit far from the Center Tourism Attraction Landmark but If anyone have not rush your Tokyo touring trip , this Hotel is your best value. We love it! :)
