The room I stayed in was very nice and clean, a comfy bed with the AC working well. The bathroom has running warm water. Ricky is a very good host, he was very quick to respond and kept me up-to-date with any information. Plenty of small shops, and a Co-op supermarket within a 15 minute walk. Some nice street food and 2 launderettes on the main street. I stayed here for 6 weeks and I'm very happy to come and stay again when I am back in HCMC.

We stayed here 10 days one month ago and having now comparison to another stays in Vietnam I can highly recommend this place! The host was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the room service was doing a great job which exceeded our expectations. The location in District 3 allowed us to experience "true Vietnam", what is hard to experience in touristic District 1. If I ever go back to Saigon, it will be my choice.

Small guest house with clean, rooms and excellent location nearby railway station and beautiful canal streets. Easy, remote check-in. (Note: Lunaria & Lucy same place). On quiet family friendly alleyway. Good wifi. I reserve thru Booking. Owner share whatsapp & payment via PayPal. No issues at all. Recommend!
