Second visit. It was fantastic last year, even better this year, and I will be back again next year. It’s great to see so many of the same staff working there; this is a good sign. The main activity host, “New Year” is a ball of energy, and one of the reasons I returned. The bar staff, such as Pop and that one crazy bartender I never remember the name of but he still attempted to make a bucket of espresso martini, are warm and friendly, as are all the other staff. Good to have a few new friendly faces too, such as Kate and Vivi. I’ve stayed in well over 100 hostels on 5 continents over the past 15 years, and this is firmly in my top 5. Now I’m a little older, it’s good to have a private room whilst still enjoying the hostel vibe and community. Whilst the rooms are on the small side, they are clean, comfy and well maintained, making it a good value 3 star hotel in its own right. The communal areas are large enough that there is space to relax even if you feel like being by yourself. Being able to have the included breakfast up until 6pm is genius.

I found this place through reading reviews, which mentioned that there are lots of activities and opportunities to meet new people. So I decided to try and stay here for two nights. I chose the female dormitory, and the staffs were very welcoming. They greeted everyone warmly and introduced me to promotions and daily activities. There are activities every day—like going to watch the sunset or playing games to help everyone get to know each other. I got to meet many international friends, and everyone was really friendly. I was the only Thai person staying here, and at first, I felt a bit shy to talk to anyone. But thanks for K. Pa, K. Au, K. Ta and the night shift staffs that I can’t remember their name, I felt relaxed and comfortable. It was a great experience of living and connecting with others. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to change your environment and meet new people. It’s so much more than just staying at a regular hotel.

We enjoyed the stay, but this place is for a particular crowd. The music, pool party, the play area are all great if you are looking for that environment. If you want peace and quiet, look somewhere else. Location is great. Room was small, but pool view, good AC and clean.

I recently enjoyed a staycation at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy some luxury close to home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Lub d Phuket Patong! I had an unforgettable experience at Lub d Patong – everything was beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was home. A very special thank you to the Operation Manager, Mr. Benz, whose kindness and care truly touched me. He made me feel like I have a brother here in Thailand. His dedication and warm personality really added a special value to my stay. The entire staff is fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The vibe of the hotel is just perfect: modern, welcoming, and filled with positive energy. The rooms and common areas are always clean and well-maintained, making it one of the best-managed hotels I’ve stayed at. The prices are excellent for the quality you get, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can trust the menu – everything I tried was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. I highly recommend Lub d to anyone visiting Patong – whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple.
