We were truly wowed by the service—from the moment we arrived until the day we left. What impressed us most was the consistency across different shifts and staff roles. Every team member was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely service-oriented. That says a lot about the culture of the team, and we deeply appreciate all their efforts. ⭐️ Location is great as well! 4P Pizza (must try!) is round the corner, there are many good craft beer, coffee places around too. And if you are looking for good massage/beauty salons, Orient Spa & Sen Spa nearby are great options! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hanoi!

L’Signature Hotel location is just a short stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake, vibrant shopping streets, and the famous Pizza 4Ps. The hotel staff consistently deliver exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. During the breakfast buffet, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Tuan, who kindly prepared a delicious vegetarian noodle dish just for me. Eric went the extra mile by thoughtfully packing us breakfast for our early morning flight, ensuring we didn’t leave hungry. Leo also helped us to call the tailor to make sure it was delivered to the hotel in time. To top it all off, the hotel gifted us Vietnamese coffee to bring home—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Every member of the team made our stay feel personal and seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Hanoi.

We’re having a wonderful stay at L’Signature Hotel—this has been our best hotel experience in Vietnam so far. The entire staff, from the managers to the front desk team, are exceptionally professional, polite, and courteous. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with cold towels, a refreshing drink, and a light snack. Fresh fruit was also waiting for us in our room. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options—especially in the dessert section, which is a highlight. The hotel staff go above and beyond to meet any guest needs. When we expressed interest in extending our stay, they did everything they could to find us a room and even offered a discounted rate. Leo Nguyen from the team even offered transferring our luggage to the next destination.  Thank you so much L’Signature Hotel!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at this excellent hotel, which is modern and newly opened just about a year ago. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with thoughtful surprises and great service. Before our trip to the Ha Giang Loop in northern Vietnam, the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days, which was extremely helpful. After checking out, they even let us use the hotel showers before heading off on our journey — a gesture we truly appreciated. Communication before arrival was smooth and easy, especially through WhatsApp. The location is perfect — right in the city center and just a short walk from the amazing Pizza 4P’s. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety each morning. We’re so glad we chose to stay here and will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We spent a few nights here due to a change of plans whilst visiting in Hanoi with a typhoon looming off coast canceling our ha long bay plans. The hotel beyond exceeded our expectations from the second we were met at the doors we knew this was a winner. The attention to detail and the service from the staff was next level. The room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The care from the staff when my wife fell ill was second to none. The value for money is there and I can understand why the reviews on this place are so positive. I’d give 6/5 stars if possible.
