Room: Pro: spacious, clean and I really enjoyed the airport view. Con: very dry in winter and the shower head was not working perfectly. Location: Pro: near the airport and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Con: it's a downtown hotel so don't expect it to be too quiet. Service: overall everyone I've encountered was polite and can understand English. I would stay here next time!

Stayed at this luxury hotel after completing our 5 day Jeju RTI. The location is good and within walking distance to many shopping areas and nice food. It's also near the airport. Calling for taxi is convenient but sometimes the driver waited to pick us up at a slightly different area from the hotel main lobby drive way. The hotel sits above a luxury shopping mall.

Staff at the front desk were not really friendly and approachable. They couldn't really understand and speak English. Staff at the cafe and the concierge were the nicest. I would like to make special mention to Hyun Jae Ho. Even though he could not really converse in English, he kept his cool and made an effort to use the translation app to help my mom and I. We wanted to go to Dongmun market for shopping but did not know how to go. I was about to book a taxi using the app which was very expensive . Instead of just letting us be, Mr Hyun helped us to call much cheaper taxi went the extra mile to help us to estimate the price. Really great customer service !!
