The hotel is really great, stylish and beautifully decorated, the location is fantastic, everything is close by. There are lots of transport links, but surprisingly the area around the hotel is really quiet, you can't hear any traffic. The rooms are well equipped, and the bathroom is clean and spacious. The WiFi is very good, fast and stable. The staff are attentive and competent, pleasant and friendly. The restaurant on the ground floor is very cosy and nice, we had a dinner once and we were both delighted. I didn't book breakfast. An absolutely clear recommendation.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting London. Excellent location and always the friendliest and warmest of welcomes! The Rooms are spotlessly clean and really comfortable beds! Staff are amazing always willing to go the extra mile. The Breakfast is well worth it and special thanks to Christopher for looking after us . Five stars to the Reception & Concierge Team you all do a fantastic job! We will be back again soon!

Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk to both The Shard and Borough Market. Attentive service, and friendly staff. Our room was kindly upgraded 2 levels as it was my birthday. Spacious, clean & modern rooms with complementary snacks. Bathrooms a little dated. Overall a lovely hotel!

This hotel is one of the best in London, with a fantastic location next to the underground and The Shard. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and services in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, making the overall experience exceptional. I would definitely visit again, as their friendliness enhances the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered is delicious, with a great selection of food.
