Albeit popular in Mataram, this hotel is pretty much basic. It is located near the city, but a bit far from the tourist attractions. Most guests here are on a meeting or conference purpose. Overall I find this hotel well operated, the staff is helpful but in anyway, service can still be improved. The rooms are well kept and clean, but without balconies or patios. The lighting in the room is also a bit less than ussual. The hotel boost its facility but it seems rather limited. The breakfast is standard, not too much options as any other middle class hotel like this one. I stayed here for two nights.

Lombok Astoria - 4 star hotel in the heart of Mataram city, central lombok This hotel pretty much in the city center however its a bit far from tourist attraction. If you’re in Lombok for work matters this hotel are suitable for you but if you’re here for vacation then there are a lot more option in Senggigi or Kuta. The room, yes its clean and pretty basic for 4 star hotel its good enough. The service, i personally think it needs to be improved Breakfast, well pretty basic and as usual you could get different kinds of eggs, pastries and main course as well. Overall experience it was nice and it lives up to its 4 star. Price wise its also very reasonable. One thing i hate about this place is, the window in the room are tinted in blue. So every photo you take in the room will be turn out blue. :(

Our usual transit hotel while in Mataram before heading up to Sembalun. Room is clean and big. Towels are new. It used to be over shelf life before. Breakfast is fantastic. View from room- magnificent.
