This hotel was great. The location was quiet..  Walking distance to the hustle and bustle in Shimbashi, we also were able to walk to Ginza.. I would absolutely stay here again.. The rooms and living room were clean. I loved the coffee machine and that I was able to get tea whenever I needed it...

It was a quiet neighborhood, tho in between Shimbashi Sta and Onarimon Sta you’ll need a few mins walk for train access. There’s a new building built beside the hotel so the view of Tokyo Tower wasn’t there or blocked in 12F. Elevator can be a bit packed during check out times so better to check out early or exactly 11am. Overall okay

Definitely not a bad hotel. The rooms are tiny - but this is not something to complain about as it is shown in the pictures.
However, during our stay there was ongoing construction work, no hot water for a few hours on one day, the washing machines were out of service and the lift, due to construction, was very slow.
These are all things I believe should be advertised properly when booking as I planned to do hotel washing when I got here as I had 7 days in Tokyo but couldn’t due to this.

The staff are nice, free tea etc by the front desk. WiFi is decent
Location not bad. 15 mins walk to Shimbashi station. The hotel itself is on a back road in a quiet area. At night if you leave the window slightly open you do hear noises here and there.
Randomly at 10pm for a few hours we would hear what sounds like a very loud washing machine from below. Not enough to keep us awake but definitely loud enough to notice
Check in was easy and check out too - got late check out for 1,000 yen an hour up until 1 PM.

Overall, not a bad hotel at all. As mentioned staff lovely. Same with cleaners.

When I arrived, I was informed, that Top floor not accessible due to renovations for the whole stay:

Aka - No microwave, no space for washing, lift partly not in use at times.
Nothing was communicated beforehand, no partly money back no compensation possible according to the front desk.

The room would be nice, if it wasn’t this dirty (dust is just swept in the corners, long black hair in the bathroom, badly fixed walls)

I’m in contact with booking for getting a partial refund.
It’s insane to pay full price for closed amenities.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. No daily cleaning, no towel replacement, and the place felt unhygienic. The so-called “double bed” was just two singles pushed together — totally deceptive. There was no mention of any of this on the booking site. Absolutely never again.
