Jenny deserves a raise—she’s the best receptionist I’ve ever met! She upgraded our room, helped with bus tickets, Her tips and assistance made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. It’s so sad we didn’t get the chance to hang out with her outside of work—she’s that amazing! Breakfast was fantastic—totally worth it! I’ve already recommended this place to my friends visiting Hanoi. They truly deserve more guests. Thank you, Jenny and team, for making our trip unforgettable!

We stayed two nights and can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room seemed to be a little small and old (the bathroom seems new though) but definitely enough for a short stay. It’s also clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast was good too (they offer 3 different vegetarian egg dishes and 3 different meat soups).

In a sea of fake reviews for hotels and hostels in Hanoi, I hope this hotel stands out with its legit positive reviews. Affordable, clean, friendly, helped us with a very late check in at 2:30 am, gave us hot coffee long after breakfast was done (bc we needed to sleep in), and all in a great location. Rooms are small but just what we needed for a night. I say this after staying in 3 other spots in Hanoi Old Quarter and scouring reviews to find honest info for a comfy stay.

Hotel is at very good location, lake, tourist attractions are accessible by walk, no need to get cab anywhere. Has many good coffee caves nearby. Room size is a bit smaller. Perfect for stay 1/2 days not more than that as doesn't have good relaxing views / windows.
