Overall, it was a good place to stay. The rooms are very clean, and we had a great view overlooking the Bay Area. The service was a real mixture from exceptional to very poor. The front counter staff did all they could to make your stay enjoyable and did all they could to help. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was well below what you would expect from this level of hotel. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or if the staff just didn't want to be there. Breakfast was part of the stay and plenty of choices, so we enjoyed that part of the stay. Location waz fine as a grab was only 25rm to virtually anywhere you wanted to go. We enjoyed Port Dickson more.

Stayed at Lexis Penang Suites last week and absolutely loved it! The place is romantic and relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The room was super spacious, clean, and cozy with both aircon AND ceiling fan (bonus points!). Plus, there's a bathtub to soak in and a swimming pool to chill by. Service was great too! It really felt like a hidden gem away from the city, very peaceful and quiet. If you want to explore the city, it’s just around a 30–40 minutes drive or Grab ride. Highly recommend for couples or anyone just wanting to unwind.

Beautiful view and a spacious beautiful room. Cleanliness too was okay. The only thing is the corridor looks a little shabby and the lobby doesn't give out 5 stars. Overall, worth your money. I wish they provide smart TV function for their TVs.

We had a great time staying here. Love the private pool and the bath tub. We are so lucky that pool in our room are facing the sea. Their breakfast has a ton of variation however the taste is so-so
