I have to say the service here was top class. The hotel manager and receptionists on two occasions resolved two different issues we had with ease and respect. One of these issues was completely our fault , and the second was just a minor misunderstanding but the hotel manager really made the effort to resolve it. If your looking for a comfortable hotel in London, would recommend. Breakfast was good as well, standard buffet type.

Nice hotel and location is handy. Not very easy to work out how to get discount on carpark though. We couldn't find where we were meant to go to pay to get discount, so left without getting the discount which was quite annoying. The hotel is a little 'tired' in places but good was very good and nice and clean, so can't complain for the price we paid.

The bathroom excellent - good water pressure, good temperature, good towels ... and soap and shampoo situated so that a shorter person has no difficulty pressing down to get a good run of liquid. However - NO conditioner! Hair washing requires shampoo + conditioner ... It is really disappointing that so many hotels do not think conditioner matters. It does. Good sized bed, good mattress, good tea-making facilities, good lighting - so very good overall. Great location too. Easy to get to from East Croydon Station - rear entrance, and easy to get to main shopping centre and court complex, etc. Excellent.
