The staff here are wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and multilingual made my stay easy and very pleasant! Staff members were able to assist me with any questions I had, especially regarding directions. They were able to tell me the best, fastest, and cheapest way to get to where I wanted to go. My favourite part of this property was the patio on the first floor. It has a view of the Sacre Cœur, comfortable couches, tables, and a railing lined with green plants. A gorgeous spot to have breakfast or a smoke break! The room I stayed in was beautiful, with double door windows that opened to a street view below. The shower worked perfectly and I enjoyed the two different shower heads. The only things I could have used in my room was a mini-fridge and potentially a small tv, although I did not mind the lack of television. These two things were not significant enough to hinder the wonderful experience of this hotel, only suggestions. The one negative I experienced is that the room walls and floors were quite thin. Noise traveled a lot from the stairwell and neighbouring rooms. If I were to come back to this area of Paris, I would definitely stay at this property again! It is a very safe and good place to stay as a female solo traveler.

It is a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Paris. Counter staffs are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist me when needed. You can even purchase a Seine River cruise ticket directly at the front desk for around €14, which is very convenient. They provide luggage storage services too. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM and includes a simple selection of breads and hot drinks. Lockers are available in the room, but be sure to bring your own padlock. The atmosphere overall feels safe and relaxed, with a good mix of travelers and a nice social vibe. One key tip: If you are taking Metro Line 4, need not to exit from Barbès – Rochechouart station. Instead, follow M2 signboard, walk to Metro Line 2, take 1 station and exit at Anvers station — it’s a much more pleasant and safer route to the hostel. Extra tip: in case if you are bored with French foods, search for 15-17 African food ? , it was a cozy and safe restaurant and definitely a hidden gem ?.
