I stayed overnight at Le Grandeur, and I must say, I loved the experience. The hotel has an antique charm with an eerie yet fascinating vibe (I couldn’t help but feel it!). The rooms were clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The facilities were impressive—there’s a large swimming pool and a golf course that stretches far and wide. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a variety of options like nasi lemak, fresh fruits, and drinks. I especially enjoyed starting my morning with a cup of my favorite coffee. Overall, Le Grandeur offers a unique and enjoyable stay. I’d love to visit again!
good experience, quiet and spacious room, just need to make sure fogging around the hotel room. Simple and nice, staff very friendly. Breakfast that does not disappoint. will definitely come here again if I come to Johor! Thanks and thanks again!
Stayed at Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor for our recent church camp. The resort is spacious and ideally suited for company or church retreats, featuring a golf course, two swimming pools (including an Olympic-sized pool), and various sports facilities like squash, billiards, and bowling. The property itself is quite aged, and the rooms clearly reflect this. While comfortable, housekeeping standards varied—some areas were noticeably dusty, and bottled water replenishment was inconsistent. Interestingly, our room didn’t have a phone to contact the front desk, although it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Service overall was good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. However, the resort may not be the most wheelchair-friendly, so accessibility could be an issue for some guests. The resort is definitely ideal for big families, as most rooms seem to have connecting options (one king room connected to one double-twin room). If you’re looking for a place suited for large group gatherings, this resort is a decent option, provided you adjust expectations regarding the room conditions.
Rooms are spacious. The whole area is quiet and serene. Despite it's remote location, it's well connected to Route 1/E2 to Johor Bahru and E3 Second Link. Would definitely go again for a city escape!
I've been here since my son was 1 year old, now he's 25. It a great place but i think there's a few suggestions for the place to up grade. The wooden partition outside the room the separating the two rooms need to be paint. The air cond need to be service since it does not cool enough for the room, a bit more varieties on the menu for the breakfast. I'm not complaining but more to make the place more lovely and exciting. I love the place, that is why i always bring my family here for vacation, relaxing and family time. Will come back soon...
