We are a family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 child) and I got the triple sea view. Worked out great for us. Check in was also easy. I'd say the triple room may be a squeeze for 3 adults especially if all if full size luggage but for us it was fine. Location is good with a convenience store at the back street and nearby cafes and restaurants

There were no options for double-rooms in this small hotel so my family of 4-pax had to take two 3-px rooms on two seperate floors instead. The rooms were wide and spacious, but that luxury does come at a steep price. A beautiful sea view at the harbour greets you the moment you enter the room. The small bathroom might b narrow for large-sized people, but the hot water pressure and toiletries were good. Room amenities were decent and the bed is comfortable. I like that the windows can be opened up a bit even though the expressway in front is noisy. Almost everything works as it should and I was particularly happy with the fast and consistent WiFi throughout my 4-day stay there. I said ‘almost everything’ works, because the aircon control doesn’t. It seems like a central AC unit so my first night there was freezing. There is also a strict hotel policy of only allowing one additional blanket per room, even though my room had two beds. The hotel environment is quiet and cosy. It also features the fastest elevator I’ve ever seen in a hotel, which is a godsend since the small lift was certainly heavily utilised. Hotel staff were polite and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better if you are planning to travel by ferry.

On my last family trip to Hong Kong we stayed at the Lander Grand Hotel it was a lovely place the staff were very friendly, helpful. The location was great with in walking distance to the Metro and star ferry the room was great lots of space for are family of 4 will come back
