We tried both 2 biggest rooms on 6th floor. I would say depends on your luck the room and towels may not be as clean as you hope. Noise isolation was not good. Overall it was still a great view and decent furniture that worth a consideration.

Nice and very affordable place. Staff is friendly. Location is fairly quiet right on the lake. A quick 10 min grab bike and you can be in old quarter and more touristy busier places - but great to use this as a peaceful home base while you’re in Hanoi. 3 minutes walk to Circle K convenience store and many other coffee shops and restaurants. Finally, nobody wants to get kicked in the head with the VIP jellies they provide - NOBODY.

Lovely, stopped an extra day. Ha was lovely, all the staff gave a warm welcome when they saw me. They’ve even helped me sort other things out they didn’t need to. Great value for money. Will go again
