This is my 2nd review in this hotel because the 1st one is in Tripadvisor. It was my 1st time in Hanoi and the hotel is in the center of everything. Very accessible walking around the famous landmarks and food. The hotel is clean, whatever you need is there anytime, happily to accommodate us. The breakfast food is exceptional for me too. The manager Mrs. Pucca is very accommodating and Henry in the breakfast area too. Overall i would like to recommend you guys to try it here…

Central location by the lake and in the hub of bars, restaurants, shops, markets and the most wonderful, vibrant atmosphere. This hotel offers fab food and the staff are pure magic! From the moment we arrived, we felt utterly cherished. Quynh Nguyen’s waitress service was delightful and her manager went above and beyond to fit us in on a busy Saturday night even though we hadn’t booked a table. Nam Nguyen’s local tips and help were invaluable. This hotel doesn't just welcome you, it embraces you and we can honestly say that in all the travelling we have done the staff here are the BEST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Thank you to all of the staff for the most special and memorable special hotel stay!

Loved our stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond, they were so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. We ended up with a windowless room, and to all my makeup girlies: bring a lighted mirror. The lighting was super dim in room and made getting ready a bit of a challenge. That said, the beds were soft and comfortable, the rooms meticulously clean, and we loved our stay in our cozy cave. I highly recommend the restaurant and bar, both exceeding expectations in their food, drinks, and views! Highly recommend!

We were upgraded to here, from the sister hotel La Sinfonía Citadel hotel and Spa because the aircon in the room was spoiled. The whole process was seamless. The reception staff from both hotels are amazing and helpful. They were with us throughout the transfer from one hotel to the other. We were extremely impressed by the services they provided especially Cathy. She would greet us daily with a beautiful and friendly smile and would go an extra miles to make our stay a wonderful experience. She had also introduced us to great local places. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast buffet spread was amazingly good and yummy. On top of the buffet, they also have breakfast menu which serves both western and Asian food. We were given free welcome drinks on the rooftop bar. It had a good night view of the area and the service was amazing as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in Hanoi and we would book the same hotel when we are back.

I usually leave reviews only when I’m either extremely satisfied or very disappointed. In this case, it’s the former. The hotel is ideally located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter near the lake, offering excellent access to major tourist attractions. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and proactive attitude of the young staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Cham Nguyen and Ms. Jenny for their outstanding support — they truly enhanced the value of our trip. As is typical in the Old Quarter, the hotel is built in a narrow cube-house style, which means there is no swimming pool and limited natural light. However, the hotel overcomes these limitations through attentive customer service and genuine effort to ensure guest satisfaction. I sincerely commend the team for their hard work and dedication. This hotel is definitely worth recommending.
