Lyn was absolutely amazing! She messaged me immediately after booking and helped me plan a portion of our trip. She had GREAT local food recommendations! As for the rooms, we stayed in the family suite ( second to top floor with balcony). This would be the best room in my opinion. Everyone there was very accommodating, kind and helpful! GREAT LOCATION!

My boyfriend and I spent a number of days at this hotel—and we will definitely stay again! It is located centrally in Hanoi where you'll be able to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and sights. If you do need to catch a ride, the front desk can help or simply call a Grab. The hotel and lobby is very beautiful and modern. However, as with much of Hanoi, the rooms are smaller than what you might expect. That is why we decided to upgrade to a room with a balcony (and so glad we did). The space is clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and provides all the amenities you might need during your stay. I'm Vietnamese-American and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this hotel. The level of service they provide is above and beyond! They are friendly, attentive, accommodating, and the nicest people—the service alone is worth staying here for. The only downside? My boyfriend didn't like the breakfast buffet as much as other hotels lol. But truly, we couldn't have been happier with our stay here! We had such an incredible experience and highly recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

We had a great stay at La Selva Premium The location of the hotel is perfect, in the center, close to restaurants, sights and shopping areas, but still quiet, pleasant and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home at all times. Thank you so much, will definitely come back next time we'll be in Hanoi!

The hotel is situated right in the center of the old quarter of Hanoi at a walking distance of everything. The service is great. We had a room on the 9th floor and were disturbed by the noise of the breakfast from 6am and the receptionist offered us a complementary taxi ! Thank you ! The room is small but comfortable and the view on the lake is amazing . The breakfast buffet is also good .

Premium hotel in the centre of Hanoi with large bedrooms. We got a double room with no window which was good, we did have a small internal window. Bed was really big and comfortable. Bathroom was also big and had hot water. We also got an executive suite which was pretty similar to the double room in terms of size it just had a large window overlooking the street. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold Vietnamese/western/continental food options. You could also order additional items such as eggs, pancakes, pho, sandwiches. Overall I’d say the options and quality was pretty good. Staff were always very nice and greeted you. If we needed anything they would always be quick to help. At the end they asked for feedback on how they could improve. Our room smelt a little bit of drains when we walked in and they said they would look into it. Would recommend to stay here if you want a good quality room in the Hanoi centre and don’t mind paying more.
